Venue Comments

The venue was amazing. Very clean, tidy and well presented. Everything was of a very high standard in the venue. This was a beautiful venue for our wedding reception, perfect with the indoor and outdoor areas. We will definitely be recommending it to our friends and family for functions or events in the future.

Catering Comments

The food was amazing. Everything was delicious, all guests raved about the food for days following the event. The way that everyone was accommodated that had dietary requirements and, also the children’s requests was amazing and made very stress free by the staff.

Service Comments

The staff were amazing all the way through our function. Whenever we needed or asked for something the staff were more than willing to accommodate our request. The food and bar service was second to none. All staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Again, our guests were complimenting the staff and service days after the event.

Additional Comments

We have no suggestions for improvement as everything went perfectly. Both Melissa and I were so very happy with absolutely everything on the night. Special mention to Teresa and Pam for running such an amazing venue, you both went above and beyond to make our night stress free and seamless. To the staff at the Water Garden Oasis, thank you for being so friendly and forth coming, you made our families feel at ease and allowed them to really enjoy the event without any problems or issues. A big, big thank you from both Melissa and myself.
